hey guys when should i cut splenda and carbonated drinks?

im thinking i can keep the carbonated drinks until wednesday but what about splenda?

I'd stop them now mate, I cut them out 2 weeks out just to be on the safe side, but 1 week out won't hurt I guess, then again I've only done one show upto now

Splenda dont see a problem with that im still either maintaining my weight or losing, and believe you me im using more then 7 packets a day.

thanks for the replies.. im flying out tonight to where my comp is held itll make the trip much easier with abit of a caffein boost from the diet drinks while travelling ! i've stopped using splenda because i was using so much got expensive .
