    Grilled Hamburger Patties

I'm on a pretty clean bulk, and I rarely have cravings for junk food....so would homemade grilled hamburger patties on whole wheat with lettuce and tomatoe and fat free cheese be ok?

Absolutely! Especially if the hamburger is in the 88-98% lean range. We usually get 93% lean hamburger. I'm clean bulking as well, and I use whole wheat bread, sometimes tomatoes, and definitely fat free cheese, it's definitely a good meal! Oh and don't forget ketchup well that's just me at least

-Deadlift- 230 goal 275 (THAT'S gonna take awhile)
    -Bench- 115 goal 135

If it's easy, it's pointless. That goes for eating too. KEEP EATING
