Okay, this is HUGE for me. I've never been out of North America, and now I'm about to go to a middle eastern country. I've never in my life needed to get as cut as possible in a short amount of time as right now.
SO HELP ME. PLEASE! What can I do people? I've already started cutting fats outta meals I eat with carbs, but other than that I'm clueless!
What about stuff like hydroxycut and stuff like that? Is it any good?

9 days?? The best you'll be able to do is lose 3-4 pounds and a lot of water weight. Why the need to lose weight before you leave?

Worry more about getting cut with a knife rather then getting cut for the ladies in Israel.

I'm worrying about getting cut since I've slacked off alot lately due to a really stressfull last month or so, and havn't gotten into the shape I want. I think I'd have a much better time and be much more confident in Israel if I was as cut as can be.

I spent some time in Isreal back in 1999 doing some cross training with their forces. This is a true statement. Them women are HOT. In shape, gorgeous bodies, definately enjoyed the "sights" when i was there. They are certainly different. Its like going down the candy isle at the market. I'm going to Israel also around August 15. Going with the family and going to be there for 2 weeks.
Looking to rent an apartment in Beit Shemesh or Modiin area. Also I am looking for a gym to workout in.
The last time I was there (2 years ago), I stayed at the Jerusalem Sheraton Plaza. They were supposed to have a gym, but it was converted into a kids activity center.
I did get to workout with my wifes cousin in Haifa. He is 50 and put me through some "gladiator" workout. He wiped the floor with me. Looking to go back for some more.
I did take my androgel with me and that was no problem. El Al did open up my bag for something suspicious, it turned out to be a bottle of Tums of all things.
Great time.

If any of you folks in Israel know of sources for an apartment from 08/16 to 08/28.
