Pretty sure the October issue (guy with hands on hips) is Remy Feniello, but the photo is airbrushed enough that I'm not sure. You can find him on www.silvermodels.com as one of the models represented by Adam Silver and his company.

the November issue (blond guy) is of course Peter Putnam, a national competitor.

Just seeing this thread, so I know this response is outdated, but thought it better than nothing for you.
