thanks for the input fellas. i have a shoulder injury and I haven't been able to do any chest exercises or shoulder ones(besides physical therpay ones) for a month. So I think my chest and shoulder, traps, will look a little smaller than they normally would. But I could def use a little more in the upper chest and traps.
And as far as abs I think I'm pretty good. Def could be better though, but I'm trying to gain a little bit more size like 10 lbs. I used to not even train abs at all. Always looked good to me. But since I have this shoulder thing I have nothing to do while my partner is doing chest and shoulders so i decided to try out an ab routine. think its helping. heres a pic of my abs.
thanks again for the pointers fella, keep'em coming.

Not bad on the abs, sir!
Was that taken at the same time with the same camera? The change in lighting definitely shows off your chest/ab separation. We have a light like that in our gym. We call it The Ab Light, and although it's flourescent (which sux), the light is positioned just right that anyone who stands under it and flexes can see their abs in the mirror 20 feet away.
You have a good foundation. Your proportion is also improving. Stay consistent with your training and change your routine every so often so your muscles will continue to grow and improve their shape. It's possible to stay lean all year 'round. I've almost turned it into a life's objective.
