i know it's pretty tuff to do a supp log on a thermogenic, but i'm gonna give it a try. since the ban, i've been searching for a good non-ehpedra based thermo for that pre-workout energy rush, and have come up with a few decent products.

i just got my Ready4War supp by Get Diesel, today.
just for reference, i will only be doing a 2wk log.
there was a bit of a mix-up in the order from the cyberstore, but i got it all straightened out. i ordered fruit punch (the only option avail at the cyberstore) but received neutral flavor. chuck explained that this is indeed the new batch, and is supposed to taste better and is stronger.

2:30pm
took half scoop as per instructions, mixing in 12oz crystal light lemonade.
changed the taste considerably, but not unbearable at all.
let's just say i've tasted much much worse.

3:00pm
i could "feel" the supp in my body, but nothing spectacular to that point.
during my workout (shoulders) i began to feel a slight antsy-ness.
about mid-way it pretty much kicked in.
not overly powerful, but kept me focused on what needed to be done.

4:30pm
body slighty warm, feeling pretty energized.
nothing like what i'm used to (see above list), but still very noticeable.
so far onehawaiian likes.

may do a full scoop by friday.

mid-morning workout today....
i know i can go up to one full scoop, my body is pretty much used to stuff like this after all these yrs, but...
i am going to watch star wars tonite and don't need to be pissing every 10min.
SO...

10:30am
1/2scoop w/12oz crystal light lemonade.
feel it working, gonna go lift now.

taste edit: surprisingly, this wasn't so bad today. am i getting used to it after only one day? or is the flavor really not bad at all?
for some reason i'm beginning to think the latter.

just finished a light workout (chest/triceps)
nice overall energy.
i could feel the "burn", tho not overly powerful. i felt energized and really wanted to continue working out even when i was done.
but i'm really not getting a "push" like the ephedra-based supp's used to give, which may be a good thing.
also, i'm not as nuts when working out. that is good, cause afterwards i can be somewhat normal and not wanna fight everyone who looks at me. lol

not bad so far, chuck. not bad at all.

1:00pm
did 1/2 scoop again... after taste was pretty strong today, maybe i didn't mix all the way.
did light shoulders today (don't wanna over-work for the weekend).
same as the previous days, good overall energy.
lasts pretty long and gives me a good focusing energy.
no crash... onehawaiian likes that.

about the same "range" as BSL GO!, but i like the taste of go! better...however, in the energy dept, i give the edge to Ready4War.
but it's only been 3 days...

on sunday i'm gonna play ball, so we'll see what kind of energy i have on the court, and if it's any different than when working out.

so i did a half serving again tonite.
hooped from 5p to 8p straight, with water breaks in btwn games.
very good energy, felt like i could run all nite.
in fact, i can still go...

focus was really good, and i felt quicker going to the basket.
felt stronger too.

i think this is a very good product.
taste is so-so, but not unbearable.

i did a full one today...
near the same rush, so it is effective at a higher dose, but i have high expectations/criteria when taking thermos, so that played a factor.
i found it's better when i mix it with much more than 12oz of drink.

i do like the rush.
however, the only thing that holds it back is the taste.
someone mentioned to get over it cause it'll be gone after a minute.
well, he was making a general statement and obviously did not try R4W as instructions state to drink the matrix over a 10min period...
BUT, it is NOT unbearable.

imo, this is really good stuff.

the results/effects far outweigh the taste issue.
for those who have a higher tolerance, this will not be a problem at all.
