Hey all. Ive been cutting for about 3months now. I havent been completly strict but i have lost 20lbs. I wasnt obese but i did have some areas like everyone else. People never said i was fat just. My friends said i was big like strong. That may have been there way of calling me fat. Anyways, im down to 202lbs. I have never been this light since high school. Im 25 now. It feel pretty goog not sluggish all the time. My deadline to get to where i wanted was the beginning of November. So that gives me one month. I never really had a weight total i wanted to hit just apperance. Im not quite there yet. My 6pack is coming in the bottom two im still having trouble with but the outline is there. Wish i had a picture to show so you get a better idea. Well anyways. After November 1st i was going to start adding more mass for the winter then start cuttting again in the spring. Is this a good idea or should i continue to cut? I really dont want to go lower than 200lbs. Im 6'2'' and i feel that is too skinny. What do you all think?
Thanks BIG

U answered ur own question . . .
U said ur goal was 200 lb, well u r practically there, so end of cut.
U need 2 set ur own goals. All we can do is offer opinions. A pic would help.Best Regards,
Ed

Yeah im almost at 200lbs. About 2-3lbs off. Im not quite as cut as i would like but i really dont want to drop below 200lbs. This might be stupid but i was thinking of doing a clean bulk and gaining muscle with as little fat as possible, then i the spring i can get shredded. I want be that far off in the spring what do you think about that. Dont know how to put pics on the internet.

You can kind of go two ways here especially with it being the end of september. You can bulk up through the winter since thats when you get to wear clothes that hide fat better, then start to cut maybe in February or March to try to get your bf down for the all important summer months. Or you can just continue to cut until you get to a place where you are happy with what you see in the mirror, then stack some mass on top of that, trying to keep fat gains as minimal as possible. Its basically a judgement call on your part.
