I cannot eat potatoes or wheat or oats---is this an o.k. carb to eat or is it too high glycemic?I do not see many people have this in their diets--maybe because oats are better--I know they are,I just can't digest them properly.

Okay I just started a program that calls for cream of rice. I was kinda worried cause i knwo that rice (white) is bad but when I went to buy it I was relieved. The cream of rice I bought is brown rice and I am actually liking it, I was hesitant at first. I guess you just need to find what works for you and work it into your day.
Take care of you!!

I am in Canada svelt4, I just happened to find it in a grocery chain here, not sure if you have Sobey's where you are. It was in the cereal isle, is a small clear bag.
Can I ask about the egg whites, do you put them in the cereal??? Or on the side?? I have read a couple talk about them in diff foods. Thanks
Take care of you!

Hi Leen-I like to boil my eggs first and let them cool a while or even refrigerate them then you can peel them easier, dicard the yolk and chop them up.It gives them a firm consistency. You can also chop them up on top of salads.Tried cottage cheese with a mix of vanilla yogurt and cream of rice and that was a good breakfast too!!!
