anway, powder is better since it takes less time because pills have to digest the outer layer, then digest the hole thing. That takes about an hour. Powder is more efficient, last longer and takes less time. Pills haven't worked really well for me, powder is what I have always used.

Pills are simply dissolvable containers with powder in them. If you're gonna take creatine pills you might as well drink distilled water - the stuff will be passed out before you can absorb it. Plus if it's creatine you're referring to, you'll have to take so many in the loading phase that you'll probably choke.

Powder's the way to go, man.

Yeah dude, if you are going for creatine, go for the powder...i've tried both and even though it's just a pill, the powder gives you better results

for me its about the cost of creatine, from gnc you get like 35 servings not even full 5 gram servings only 3.5 for like 25 bucks, but for a way better deal you can buy the 1000 gram tub for like the same price.

yeah powder is waay better then pills
if you have pills try to break them down or crush them, this will help the body absorb it better and faster, - sometime doctors find undigested whole and half pills in people's colon that are older then this thread - i try to crush my pills (any and all types) whenever i can

I would prefer to take pills rather than powder. Its easier for me to throw some pills in my mouth slam a glass of water and be on my way. As for powder, na not for me. Take creatine for instants put it in a glass of water stir it up and take a couple swallows and it is all sitting at the bottom of the glass leaves a gritty feel in your mouth. Lets take powder with that is flavored you mix it in water and now you have to deal with is the taste good, what flavors do I like, is it going to upset your stomach. Pills are simple, no flavor to worry about, no grittiness. Don't get me wrong I'm not against powders, I do take them, AAEFX K-Otic being one that I take right now. But if I had a choice, I would probably pick a pill over powder every time.
