Shoulder problem
I noticed that every time i do lateral raises , i get a pop in my left shoulder when I lower the dumbbell to my side. I tried this without weights and the same effect, just the dumbbell one hurts. Should I be worried about this? Also is there an effective way to fix this if it is a problem?
