I found an old pic from when I was 156. I actually look a little bigger now I think, and I'm only 151.5. I have more muscle now on my I think. In the first pic, on the left side I'm 156 and flexing, and on the right side is today, totally relaxed, unpumped.
I felt like doing a couple poses to see if I can get some motivation from myself after my pathetic showing yesterday. I know it's a different location and closer, but I just felt like taking them. I screwed up the front double bi pose, it'll look better when I do it again.
