Holiday - Train Or Relax?
I'M A LITTLE CONCERNED. I AM GOING ON HOLIDAY FOR A WEEK AND I HAVE DONE THREE WEEKS WEIGHT TRAINING BEFORE. SHOULD I RELAX AND LET MY BODY GROW, OR CONTINUE DOING LIGHTER, MORE AEROBIC TRAINING.
pLEASE HELP BECAUSE I AM GOING IN THE MORNING

Up to you bro. I'd personally train while I was away because I love it, but that's me. If you want to kick back and relax, don't feel guilty about taking a week off.

i read that it takes three weeks for muscle to atrofuse and sometimes a week off is beneficial, you can change up your routine when you get back and your intensity will be through the roof because you can't wait to get back and your muscles will get shocked into growth, but it's up to you haha.

take 1 week off, and allow your body to decondition from weight training, so when you return you'll get much better gains.

Bump that! Something is missing when I don't hit the weights. I'm going to Hawaii in two weeks and made absolutely sure I'll have access to a gym. Training = relaxing for me

i went on vacation to visit my grandparrents and i still got up 4 days a week at 6:30 and did cardio, stuck to a cutting diet completely clean, and did my weight training 3 times a week. this was diffrent though since i was cutting up and kept wanting to do this... if you want to take a break, go ahead!
