The results are so good that my girlfriend is wabting to jump in...

I am female and yes, the 10x body weight 30g carbs the rest fat. That's what I am doing and it's working for me

she does not WO but does stuff like body pump, dance classes, tae bo... and some csrdio

as long as the calories in are lower than calories out.. then fatloss should occur..
those activities sound great to me... especially the tae bo.. great stuff... wish I could get my lazy ass to do that stuff..
