Dont get me wrong in every every you have to have strength, endurance, skill, and explosiveness, but I truly believe hitting a baseball is much harder than catching a football, or making a basket. I truly believe this

I played a LOT of baseball, and was the MVP of my highschool team, also lead in homeruns. It just takes practice. facing pitchers that throw 90+ and have good offspeed stuff makes things VERY difficult, but i'm sure it's not the most difficult thing to do in sports.
i miss the feeling of hitting homeruns so much. was better than sex.

On the majority, baseball players are in great shape and even the 'obese' ones aren't really that out of shape, especially compared to your regular american.
If your going to say obese, just look at football then. it takes more skill playing baseball and being fat then it does playing football and being naturally a fat monster at 6'7 340 lbs.
