Do you get the same beneficial effect from deadlift machines as you do a barbell deadlift?
Just curiouse, because instead of doing barbell deadlifts i just use the machine so i dont have to take up a bunch of space in the gym.
Thanks,

They do not even approach the value of a barbell deadlift. Out of all the stupid **** that people do in the gym, a barbell deadlift definitely is deserving of the floor spare it requires, stop being so polite that it hurts you.2 years
Starting weight/height = 119lbs / 5'8"
Current weight/height - 185lbs / 5'8"
Bulking 'til 230lbs or when the Buffalo Bills have a winning season. Whichever comes first.
Step 1) Pick up a weight and a small farm animal.
Step 2) Lift one and eat the other.
