Hello. Can anyone post some kinda "constants" for the different types of diets? like for example, how many calories, g of protein, carbs and fats for a cutting diet? and for bulking and maintenance?. Also, if you get to your desired bf%, let's say a 10% could you up the calories a bit, without loosing the cut, and by using the same cardio + weights program?

It depends on the person. For bulking I usually start off with maintenance calories +500, and I usually have to up it a bit from there. For Cutting I usually go with 15-20% below maintenance. Good macro ratios are usually 50% Carbs, 30% protein, 20% fat for bulking, and 40% carbs, 40% protein and 20% fat for cutting.
Yes, if you get to your desired bf%, you can usually up your calories to around maintenance level and maintain the same bf%, I'd keep it slightly below maintenance just to be safe though.Blue jays/Spartans/Colts

I think it also depends on how old you are if your a kid, then eat and keep eating, your metabolism can handle it, just make sure its all clean food.

dude your 18, your metabloism is like a jack rabbit im guessing so eat up, make sure its clean stuff and you will grow. chicken,eggs,cheerios,oatmeal, natural pb, protein shakes etc etc.

ok ok so whats a good example, a good number of calories for a guy like me without loosing the cut? i told ya, i weight 67 kgs, at 10% bf its a rough approx of both.. i can bench press 70 kgs 6x, barbell curl like 80 lbs..? give me a rough approx of a number of calories i should eat, without loosing the cut? i just want to maintain like this, or even get a little bigger but don't wanna loose cuts.
