Just a little question/survey ere..
When training do you think it is a bad idea to train each boday part (properly) twice a week ie,
monday (chest, Tri's)
Tuesday (Back Bi's)
Wednesday (Shoulders, lats, forearms)
Thursday (Chest, Tri's)
Friday (Back, Bi's)
and so on.....
Coz at the mo i am doin similar to this with some minor alterations but i am gettin to a sticking point where i just aint getting stronger.
Please respond to this as it is very important to me

it's not necessarily bad, although I don't usually reccomend it. What is bad is that particular split. Do you not have legs? If you have plateaued, starting a good leg workout could break that. Also, if you're doing everything twice, why only do shoulders once. I would also say that if you're going 5 times a week you should have your rest days split so that one is in the middle of the week.

yeah thats a ****ty routine...
now think, when u work out your chest your tri's work too right? So the muscle already gets tired and you continue adding stress to your muscles, always workout two parts that are not related to each other. Besides your body parts have to rest anf grow, you should workout max 4 times a week the only bodypart that I train twice a week is my bi's coz they recover quickly and chest or back whichever I choose

That is a pretty ignorant statement. You say the only bodypart you workout twice a week is bi's, but oh yeah, and your chest , and sometimes back....Age: 22 Height: 6'0'' Weight: 205 BF: 11%
