Shoulders! Post Your Shoulders!
Ive been searching throughout this forum for pics of people with great shoulders. They are my FAVORITE body part. Shoulders make you look HUGE.
So everybody lets get some pics of ur shoulders in. Also if you guys are really confident about your shoulder workouts, let me know your routine.

Dumbbell Shoulder Press:
25 pound dumbbells for 10 reps
65 pound dumbbells for 6 reps
100 pound dumbbells for 6 reps
120 pound dumbbells for 6 reps
Shoulder Press Machine (palms facing eachother):
half of the weight stack for 10 reps
the whole weight stack for 10 reps
the whole weight stack with a 45 pound plat pinned to it for 6 reps
Side laterals:
3 sets of 10-15 reps
Bentover laterals:
3 sets of 10-15 reps
Dumbbell shrugs:
a couple of warm up sets for 15 reps
quadruple drop set going like this 150 pound dumbbells for 6, 130s for 6, 110s for 6, 85s for 12.
Machine shrugs (done on the horizontal bench press machine):
3 sets of 10 working up to whole stack then triple drop set.

My normal delt workout is:
Seated DB Press - 45x12, 65x10, 85x10, 105x10, 125x6
Reverse Pec Deck - 120x10, 130x10, 140x10, 150x10
Standing DB Laterals - 35x10, 45x10, 55x10, 65x8
Upright Rows - 95x10, 125x10, 145x9, 165x6

Here's my shoulder workout:
Shoulders:
Dumbell Overhead Press: 50-70 lbs, 4 sets, 8-12 reps.
Front Deltoid Raise (Dumbbell): 30 lbs, 3 sets, 10-12 reps.
Lateral Deltoid Raise (Dumbbell): 30 lbs, 3 sets, 10-12 reps.
Reverse Pec Deck (Rear Deltoid): 90-110 lbs, 3 sets, 8-12 reps.
Dumbbell Shrugs: 70-90 lbs, 4 sets, 15-30 reps.

What do you weigh in that first pic? you look bigger than ive seen you in a while. And is there a reason you do such high reps on shrugs?
