stallone never really has changed his physique which is like a navy seal or roman soldier to-level of fitness where as schwarzenegger reached stallones level of fitness and because arnold came to america kind of late, arnold must have figured muscle is a good insurance policy. i have known guys that were 500plus pound benchpressers/bodybuilders/powerlifter/strongman type and for some roles like, say, in Rocky Balboa... Stallone added more muscle to stallones physique because stallone knew that was the fitness trend for the 21st century 2006 (although me skimming through prejudging 2007 mens O photos, looks like 2007 muscle mass is less than it was in 2006, as per comments about coleman, er as less as a 265lbs. lean muscular bodybuilder is lol) anyways point i was getting at there is indeed a strong correlation between premature heart failure and excessive bodybuilding, on one hand admire stallone and schwarzenegger for their drive and focus but on the other hand, bodybuilding is like any thing else in life or like trying to cross the road, life is good as long as danger is avoided and nothing bad happens.

He never had the size of Arnold but id venture to say he was more shredded then Arnold ever got even in his prime.
