Help Include Cardio Into Workout Regimen.
I Follow A 4 Day Split:
Monday Leg
Tuesday Chest and Tri's
Wednesday OFF
Thursday Back and Bi's
Friday Shoulders
Sat & Sun OFF
I recently gained 50 lbs, with little fat gain. Im on a dirty bulk, eating about 5000-6000 calories a day. I ran a mile for school the other day and my cardiovascular health is way out of shape. How can I incorporate a little bit of cardio into my schedule to get my endurance back on track?
