How Important Is Sleep?
Is sleep really that important?
If you have a good diet, does sleep really matter?

i mean mainly recovery but it ruins the next days workout as your to tired aswell.......

ITS VERYYY IMPORTANT!! If you dont get proper sleep, your body wont recover well.. You'll feel tired and lazy and irritated the whole time and forget working out. It'll feel like a liability!! lol

Well, if you went without sleep for 10 days, you'd die.
You'd take a lot longer to recover from workouts too.

I fail to see the logic behind wanting to share something as beautiful as life.

Very Important!!
when you sleep, GH (growth hormone) are released in your body. Growth hormone is very important to repair the stress you have done to your muscle fiber in the gym. For a better GH release, take a melatonin supplement before go to bed. About 0.5-5mg 30-60 minute before goin to sleep is perfect. this supplement isn't expensive(about 15$/month).
8 hour of sleep per night is sufficient

it is more important than a good diet, you grow when you sleep, if you don't sleep, guess what happens?

You need a MINIMUM of 6 hours of sleep. 8-10 is preffered but sometimes a busy schedule doesn't allow for that.
