Superdrol Log
Today was Day 1, i weighed in at 168, I took 1 cap (10mg) this morning about 30-45 before working out with breakfast and pre WO shake.
Today was shoulders/traps, nothing special to report yet, i have been platued for a while and today i got my lifting partner back and up the weight. I got in a few extra reps on all my sets even with the increased weight. Im going to say its mental though, and the fact that if i got stuck my buddy would help me get the last couple. Even if the SD hasnt really kicked in yet it still put me in the state of mind to believe i had an edge, i was pretty focused, and all n all i would say it was a good workout

I have a few quick questions for you. What does your cycle look like? What are you planning on PCT? What other supps are you taking along with the SD?

i dont know what my cycle is going to look like yet to tell the truth. its only going to be 3-3.5 weeks due to the fact that most people say gains stop around that time, but as far as dosages im going to play it by ear. i would love to do 10/10/10 and save more for next time, but if i feel more is needed, i might run 10/10/20 or 10/20/20... i will be comparing my results after 7 or 8 days to others and if i feel like they are sufficient i will leave it, if not i will bump it up. As far as PCT goes, i would of liked to get nolva, most of the experienced people on here prefer it. Rebound XT is cheap and easily attainable though so thats what i ended up going with. Most people complain of joint pain, and say rebound actually works too good and suppresses their estrogen too much. Ive noticed most of these complaints come from people running 75+mgs/3 tabs, so i was planning on a split that looks like 50/50/25/25, im still waiting on a few opinions from people that are knowledgable on these boards to tell me what they think, but that seems like what its going to be for me, i may do 75/50/25/25 and if i experience joint pain ill knock it down to 50. once again, i see no need for overkill and i dont want to over suppress estrogen levels. The other supps im using are ON's 100% whey, NOW's 12 pound complex carbs, BN Cee, Multi, Fish oil, and Prim forces lean green (i know most people use green tea extracts when cutting, but from my experience and others it doesnt hinder gains when bulking, it just adds to your overall health) I try to take in at least 300 grams of protein a day, 90-100 grams from shakes and the rest from things like tuna, turkey, roast beef, lean ground beef, chicken, eggs, beef jerky, penuts, and penut butter. hopefully this helped answer a few questions, ill be posting daily. so feel free to ask anything else.
EDIT: i forgot to mention i actually spoke to a rep for Designer supplements and they told me rebound XT should be fine for pct, and they said if anything i might want to get a mild liver protectant. i have to admit im being pretty lazy and havnt gotten anything yet. most people dont have problems with their liver anyways though, it all has to do with cholesterol.

the question is... how short am I, im only 5'8'' and a little light right now, i just recently finished cutting... but its ok, and yeah nolva was easily attainable when i was at home, but i went away to college for a year, (now im transfering back to san diego) and ive got no means of getting it where im at right now, and its not neccessarily cheaper, it depends on who you get it from, at home i could go get it myself for very cheap but that source died out and prices have gone up a little.

day 2: Arms... wow, most intense Arms workout ive had in about a year, i simply bought superdrol for the lean muscle mass gains but i think it has an effect on your focus. Im usually prety skeptical about these things and i would like to think that up to this point its all mental, but im not sure because ive been more focused in school as well. ive been dicking around in a math class the whole semester and i basically sat down like some determined coke head and learned everything is about 6 hours yesterday... i dont know. anyways back ot the workout. I upped my weight in all my excercises and had on average 2 more reps. With my partner we always force 2 at the end but for example if i got to 6 reps last week he would push me to 8, well this week, with increased weight, i would get to 8 reps and he would push me to 10. i had great pumps. and like i said before awesome focus. i didnt weigh in today because i dont like watching it everyday, ill probably check at the end of the week. i head great energy through out the whole workout and i made sure to drink lots of water.

Great log man, this is definately going to help me decide if I will take Superdrol. Sounds good so far. EDIT Just read about your PCT, what do you think about Rebound possibly messing up the lipids even more, I have read that it could do that?

yeah im aware of supressing too much estrogen and than having joints pian and my cholesterol all messed up. I did my own research and talked with some pretty experienced guys on here. Rebound shouldnt be that bad, when sides are listed such as your lipids getting messed up, it doesnt necessarily mean its going to happen. Its a possiblilty, but it may or may not happen so you really just need to weigh your risks. I personally dont mind if my cholestoral is bad for a month if at all where as someone else might. I dont expect to get joint pain because im only going to run rebound at 50mg a day and have a split thats like 50/50/25/25 or as it was suggested to me 50/50/25/12.5/12.5.... for the 12.5 i would have to break the caps up and the rebound probably tastes like **** but you gotta do what you gotta do, either way im not extremely worried about it, rebound is a good product, and there are possible side effects. i thnk people on these boards tend to think that any and all possible side effects will occur which is not the case, everyones body is different. so far i am very impressed with the initial results of this product, and i feel like by the end of the week, maybe day 8 or 9, i should have a good feel for it.

superdrol is okay...i mean we cant really complain too much..at least its still available which is a godsend after the big ban..if i could wish upon a star or something..id wish they left M1T alone and took away the superdrol..as it is..i stocked up on the M1T anyway before the ban..and made damn sure i had some MDien and Mohn to boot..I tossed in a goodly number of the M-Dht also...but i AM relieved to have some superdrol left to purchase on the internet...i felt SO CHEATED to have those substances banned..I wanted to BAN the entire world after that...but we bodyshapers are cunningly resilient and find ways around everything...there are always other avenues..So remember that superdrol is almost like methylated 5 alpha..and is like a masteron rather than an anadrol 50..you really(i do anyway) have to hike the dosages to get a pleasant effect from SD.Im currently taking 50 mgs daily with Mohn at 10 mgs and MDien at 3 mgs concurrently and am starting to get some size back..M1T at 40 mgs daily works better than everything stacked but too many unpleasant sides from it..my bi's are about at 22" now..used to be larger than that..im weighing about 210 to 215 and am about 5'8"..bodyfat is about 10%...

thanks for the input. Im not opposed to upping my doasage but other have seen good gains by starting and maintaing 10 mg's a day for a little bit so i figure i would do that first, im not opposed to 20 and under the right circumstances 30 mg's a day although i see no reason in going above that. Anyways, im playing it by ear for now.

DAY 3: AB's/ Off day... I dont like to throw abs in on my other training days so i just do it on my off day. Anyways i usually do hanging leg raises and some decline bench sit ups, i also do variations on both of these for obliques. I see progression in my ab strength from week to week, but today it was godly. Usually i can only do 2 full sets of leg raises, then my abs tend to putter out and i start "throwing" my legs and am unable to use a negative for the 3rd set. Well today not only could i keep good form and hit 10-12 solid reps with negatives on all sets but i did 4 sets total, followed by three hanging leg raise variations to the side, then on the decline bench we (my partner and i) can usually only do 1 set to failure and we're toast. He did his 1 set to failure which was all of 8 reps and i did 3 sets of 15 reps on a pretty steep incline. Anyways, i had much improved ab strength today, and the pump on them was great, when bulking its nearly impossible for me to see my abs but when i got home i looked in the mirror and sure enough they were popping through. I still wish i could say this was all mental, but im starting to think more and more that this superdrol is the real deal. But i also want to stress my diet is nearly perfect and i train hard every day... in other words, i dont know how much a supplement is going to do for you unless you are putting it into a well oiled machine. Tommorow is Legs which should be a real test of strength, and Ill probably weigh in on friday or saturday to give an update on that. grade up to this point : A - very satisfied

Days 4/5: Day 4, sorry i didnt post, i had some company from out of town and never got around to it, anyways, i went up 20 pounds on squats, which isnt a whole lot when you consider how much weight you do with your legs, but its still a fairly substantial amount and im very happy with it. Pumped out at least 2 extra reps on dead lifts and leg extensions as well. I tried using a new calf machine because half our gym was blocked off due to problems so i dont know how to mesure that but all in all it was a good workout. Day 5, Chest.....awesome is all that needs to be said, i had huge pumps going, I increased on my dumbells on flat bench by 10 pounds in each arm which is quite a bit, i went up 5 and decided to push myself with my spotter and i was gettin 6 reps on my own, 8 with a spot going 10 pounds heavier then a week ago. this was great. i had energy throughout my whole workout, i wasnt as focused as i was durring arms the other day, but ive had alot of **** on my mind. It was still a great chest workout, improved weight on my flat dumbell bench and incline barbell bench, then i did flys and dips... seems like i had unlimited reps on the dips. so far im still very satisfied with the product. I wasnt going to weigh in until tommorow morning but i was tempted so i went in today. ive put on 3 and a half pounds, and i must say my arms and shoulders look alot more chisseld already.

I train day 1 legs, day 2 chest, day 3 back, day 4 off/abs, day 5 shoulders, day 6 arms, day 7 off abs
today was my 6th day on cycle,(not the same as day 6 above) and i did back. I didnt have a training partner today, but i still made inscreases in weight, i pushed up an extra 10 pounds on deadlifts. I made good gains on my wide grip pull ups, i got a few extra treps in each set, although i would of loved to have my partner there today to get in 2 or 3 more. I also added more weight to my barbell row, seated cable row, and close/nuetral grip pull downs. I had a great pump today and when doing things like dead lifts i didnt get any painful pumps in my lower back so im going to increase my dosage to 20 mg's a day for the next two weeks, if its too intense i will be doing 10/20/10/20... and alternating the dose each day.

Days 7&8 - day 7 *Increased dose to 20 mg/day* was abs, once again i had enough strength to get through all of the hanging leg raises and burn out with some decline bench sit ups. I got a nice pump and its good to see the abs pop through, even in a bulking phase. Day 8 - Shoulders, this was the first muscle getting hit for the second time while on the cycle so i was anxious to see if results were better again. I went up another 5 pounds on my overhead dumbbell presses, and i went up 2.5 pounds on my lateral raises for the first 2 sets (I had to drop it back down to keep good form), same goes for my cable lateral raises (i like to hit the medial head hard) I also upped the weight on my rear delt raises 2.5 pounds. I had a great pump going and experienced my first set of "painful pumps" My shoulders were so ****in capped, it felt like they were inflated and they looked nice. i would describe the pain as almost like a muscle strain... its nothing you cant handle though. I moved on to traps and i was stoked to try and add to this because i feel like my traps lag the most out of anything on my body. Warm up and first set were fine and relativly easy so i upped the weight, i was doing barbell shrugs with the bar in front of me, anyways on one of my upward motions i pinched my dick with the bar and it caught me off gaurd and i made a bit of a jerk with my body and i pulled my left trap.. at least i think its the trap... whatever muslce it is, its not on the upper part of the trap(neck area) but rather more down by the shoulder blade. it hurts like a bitch right now. I finished out the workout and did some seated dumbell shrugs but i went relativley light because of the pull. Tommorow is arms day and hopefully i feel better in the morning, if not ill have to throw on an icy hot patch and just hope i can hit arms hard, ill probably check my weight again tommorow as well .

Day 9 - Arms, first i weighed in and im up another 2 pounds which means at the beggining of the 9th day im up 6 pounds... Im really stoked about that. Ok now onto the work out... Started with triceps, i usually only do 3 excercises to avoid overtraining, and im pretty good with being able to know when my arms are shot, anyways i did close grip bench, 4 sets, reps of 6-8, weight was up 5 pounds from last week. then i did some skulls, i kept the weight the same as last week, but still got a solid 3 sets of 7-10 reps, usually i would go to dips at this time but i was feelin good so i did 3 sets of straight bar push downs at a weight 10 pounds heavier than before, then went and did 2 sets of dips, let me just say -- not only are my muscles looking bigger and more defined but they feel alot harder. Then i moved onto biceps, did some heavy dumbell curls, 3 sets, reps of 6-8, my weights were up 5 pounds from last week, then i went to EZ bar curl, 3 sets, 6-8 reps, my strength was up, i kept the weight the same as last week, but i was getting it up easier, i only used my partner for the last rep as opposed to the last 2 or 3 last week. I went into hammers after this and some piece of **** was using the weights i wanted so i kept it the same as last week ( he said someone else already asked if they could use them) anyways i just turned it into more of a concentration hammer with heavy negatives to try and negate the lighter weight. Just like my triceps the muscle was feeling alot more dense and is definately looking bigger. I really am still amazed at how good this product is working, the only thing im affraid of is stretch marks. when i used AAS two years ago i got alot of stretch marks on my chest/shoulder area and biceps. ive been feeling so swollen at the gym that im pretty sure its bound to happen again unless i get some lotion, anyways -- thumbs up on this product, and i hope to atleast gain another 6 pounds by day 21

Day 10 - off/abs -- Amazing ab work out today, you would think due to the bulking that you wouldnt be able to tell but this superdrol gives my abs such a great pump that i would have to say this is probably the best my stomach has looked in a while. now just resting until legs tommorow

Day 11 - Chest (out of order due to partner leaving) Today was supposed to be legs but my partner is leaving and insisted he hit chest because he has no appreciation for lower body... anyways ill be on my own for legs tommorow which sucks, because i wanted to really push my self on squats but oh well, maybe ill find someone in the gym. Anyways, chest was awesome today. I kept the weight the same as last week, but my strength is way up, instead of struggling after 6 and getting forced reps up to 8, i threw up 9 reps on my first set by myself on flat bench dumbells and got up 8 and then 7 on my own the next two sets, instead of doing incline bench next i used one of the machines by hammer strength that is designed to help build the "top shelf" or upper portion of your chest, i feel this is what lacks on me, as it does for most people, the most. I just put on 2 plates on each side, it was a fairly moderate weight, i could of gone heavier, but i was really trying to hold and squeeze at the top. After this i did flyes followed by dips. My reps in all 3 sets of dips were up. All in all, i had improved strength in all excercises, my pumps were great, and endurance was good. I never feel like "oh i need to get out of the gym" or "i wish this was over"...although i usually never do because working out is fun for me, i would say SD makes its that much better when you see the rapid gains from week to week and get the great pumps.

Stretch Marks
If your drinking enough water, throwing some mositure into your skin and getting your vitamin E I cant see how your going to get stretch marks on SD?
Unless your putting on 10 kilos in two weeks or more.. you shouldnt get stretch marks.
Then again, if you put it all on around your belly/waist you will, but I dont think your doing that.

sorry if i made it sound like i was gettin stretch marks already, i meant to say i feel as if im going to get them, ive got really bad stretch marks on my legs, chest, and biceps from using AAS awhile ago. But the rapid growth im experiencing remindes me of that, and its coming on so fast that i would be surprised if i got stretch marks.

day 12 - legs - Awesome work out today, i didnt have a spot, so i couldnt go super heavy on squats, but i got in a good 5 sets with the same weight i used last week, i was able to go parallel till at least my 6th rep on all sets which was really good. I only really had trouble on the last set. I went up on weight no problem on my leg extensions and hamstring curls. I wanted to do some deads but there were already 2 people waiting for the rack by the time i came back to it so i just went straight to calf's... probably got the biggest pump here, granted i cant see my hamstrings and i dont really like to check out my quads in the middle of the gym, my calf's just exploded today, i just threw 2 plates on each side of a smith machine and put down a wood block and pumped away at some standing raises. I have definately seen improvement in my calf size, i know this is important, because like me, alot of people find it had to build their calf's. overall i had yet another day of increased strength, great pumps, and increased reps. tommorow is back day :-)

day 13- Back- Started the Day with 4 sets of pull ups to failure, each varied and i usually like to get 8 with a really slow negative but my partner is still out of town so i just did what i could. Next i was going to do some barbell rows but decided to use the T bar instead, i increased 10 pounds in weight and got off 3 killer sets. I then went and did some cable rows, i also inscreased 10 pounds on here as well. On these i usually like to do no less then 8 and i hold and squeeze for about 2 seconds at the top of each rep so it was good to see i didnt lose form when i increased the weight... i guess im still getting stronger. Next i did some reverse grip lat pull downs, up 10 pounds as well for all 3 sets. I had nice pumps going in the lats as well. Then i finished up with deadlifts, i actually went up 20 pounds on dead lifts for all 3 sets, my rep range varied from 6-8 but still felt great. Ive had no problem with the "painful lower back pumps" and it has crossed my mind whether or not to up the dosage to 30 to the final week but im about 99% sure i wont. i figure im seeing great gains and i may as well save the higher doses for the next cycle... no reason for over kill. great workout today although the gloomy weather puts me in a ****ty mood and i feel like it ****s with my focus...

Day 14 & 15 - 14, My gym closed early on sunday and i wasnt aware of that until i got there... luckily it was my off/abs day so i just went home and did a few at home things... i really like to gauge my strength and size gains for abs based on my in the gym routine because i feel like my leg raises and decline bench crunches are better than anything i can do at home. Anyways, on to the good stuff, day 15, also the third time doing shoulders/traps while on cycle, unfortunatly my workout partner doesnt get back until tonight, so i didnt have him to spot me, but i kept my weight the same as last week and i was able to get it up with out him. Shoulder presses i was doing 7-9 reps with the same weight i used last week no problem..if i would of had my spotter there today i would of increased the weight another 5 pounds... oh well theres always next week, i plan on running this cycle for 24 days, that way i can get shoulders and arms in 1 more time before gains start to taper off. but back to the shoulder workout, after presses i went into seated lateral raises, maintained the same weight as last week although i squeezed out about 3-5 more reps on each set. next i did some cable lateral raises ( i like to hit the medial delt hard ), although i didnt increase weight this week, i added about 5 reps to each set which was nice. Next i did rear delts, my strength increased amazingly here since last week for some reason, i was up only 5 pounds on each excercise, but for rear delts at the end of the shoulder work out it was pretty impressive. i increased weight and reps so i was happy. All through out i had a great pump going, my shoulders were looking huge! After this i went into traps, did 3 sets of heavy barbell shrugs 3-5 reps, i pulled my muscle on this excercise last week, this week i was ok though, then i went to seat dumbell shrugs, i increased weight 5 pounds and kept reps in the same range. i had a great pump going in traps. felt good, looked even better. i do have DISCOURAGING news though, i hopped on the scale pre-work out and i havnt gained a pound in the last 4 days, who knows what this is due to.. maybe i **** earlier i dont know, or maybe i was peeing alot, either way still great size and strength gains, it just wasnt showing on the scale today, this leaves me at 6 pounds heavier then when i first started... im still hoping to grab another 4 pounds by the end of the cycle.

This is a freakin awesome log man! I was wondering if when you started your cycle you had a major increase in a need for water. I just started my cycle (on day 3) and can't get enough which sucks because I have to pee every 5 minutes (not really, but it seems like it). Anyways, keep up the great work!

i pretty much drink water as a habit already so it wasnt too bad, i just drink water when im bored i guess you could say. anyways, the first week is funny because the SD initially has that diuretic (sp?) effect where i really feel like it strips off your water for the first few days and you just look totally shredded. its pretty nice, too bad it doesnt stay that way. anyways good luck to you.
