No dairy
Hey people
I'm going to try non-dairy for a while to see if it helps with a few problems I'm having. So I'm just after some suggestions for non-dairy meals to add to my bulking diet.
Particularly stuck for the pre-bed meal, I'm gunna stick with natty PB, but I can't figure out what to replace the cottage cheese with.
Cheers,
Dave

Beef, eggs, chicken, tuna, salmon, etc etc.
Don't over think it.
You could always buy casein powder as well.

I tried scrambled eggs on toast, good source of protein, fats and carbohydrates to help you sleep

Nah, not worried about fat loss. I think I might be lactose intolerant, so I can probably get some of that lactaid milk - but I'll still need to replace the cottage cheese.
The Casein shake sounds good though for pre-bed meal.
Thanks guys.

You don't need to replace cottage cheese w/ anything. Meat digests very slow as well.

Try Breakstone's LiveActive Cottage Cheese. It's got some kind of culture in it that aids digestion, and even though I'm lactose intolerant, I can stomach it.

I'm slightly lactose intolerant, I still kill a gallon a day.
Unless you're awfully sick from it I'd gut it out.
Result: Gas that could kill small children and animals.
Replacement:
Tuna shake, mix it with fruit juices and it comes out nicely.

It's affecting my ability to eat enough food because I'm always so bloated, even after a small glass of milk. Besides that I hate the feeling.
