Yes and whites have enslaved whites (see Greco / Roman history) but the Mid Atlantic Slave Trade was the worst in terms of how slaves were brought and mistreated. Atleast in other societies they were treated w/ some respect as another human.

By all means it isn't and that is my point to refute what BulkingBrit initially said. Hell there were even some whites that didn't consider certain whites 'white'.

It is more of a human problem with people not accepting other peoples differences and a certain group of people thinking they are the **** when they are the same as everyone else. I do have some bias against some people. Moreso with ideals and religion moreso than race.

I feel the racial issues in our country stem mainly from the fact that we are a country of immigrants.
No other country has to deal with race issues so heavily.
I mean look at other countries that don't have to deal with race. They fight amongst each other.
North and South Korea. Japanese thinking they're better that Okinawans. etc.

epic lulz.. but being serious though. the point of my post was to challenge the logic presented by sword to prove his opinion. His opinion was presented INTELLIGENTLY, but it doesnt mean it is not without fault or erroneous. by providing just a few examples of the complex racial/cultural overtakings by foreign cultures i have proven that the white man (Indo-european strictly, i wont touch slavik or celtic cultures, as thats too easy of an argument for me to make) is no worse than any other culture.

With this recent jena6 stuff on top of the pre-existing violent crimes, gang activity, and drug use that seems very common in mostly black communities, it seems that karma has come back around. We are constatly faced with the task of creating legislation and spending billions of dollars to fix these problems. If we never had slaves, it seems like none of this would be a problem. Not being racist here, just find it interesting.

How about If people took responsibility for their own actions instead of blaming it on other things? If you do something wrong it is your OWN FAULT! Not friggen slaverys fault, not the white mans fault, and not Bush's fault!
