Left Knee hurts during squats
The last couple of times that I have done squats my left knee has had some noticeable pain. My form is good and I am not lifting alot of weight (225) I also notice it when I run for my mandatory PT for the week? Has anyone else had a similar problem while doing squats? Besides rest, is there anything else that I can do to aleviate the pain?

where in the knee does it hurt? i have osgood schlatter's disease on both knees, you can tell if you have it by the bump below the knee, it may take 6-18months or sometimes over 3years to recover, ask your doctor....

go to the doctor, could be something seriously wrong with knee, don't do legs till your doctor knows what it is and if you can squat or not....

i'd def go see a doc first off, knee problems are not something you want at our age man.
and if the doc says there's nothing wrong with it, you may want to re-check your form
