since i stated weightlifting, i eat pretty clean, no junks, fast food ect. but is ice cream bad for you. i still try to eat decent cause i don;t wanna look like a fat ass when i go to the beach. but i like to eat plain vanilla ice cream
should i keep eatin or quit

With all the replies given to you and all the replies you are giving it seems you are in a set mindset to keep eating it. Yet you are looking for someone on the board to say "Go ahead and eat it, it wont hurt." But if you are on a bulking diet, and already get you max amount of fat and carbs in per day, you'll have to cut out something else and put it in so you don't exceed. If you are bulking unclean, then go ahead and gorge.

Ice Cream is not necessarily bad for you. Sure it's not healthy, when it comes to micros and keeping you full. The sugar 'yada-yada-yada, bad for your teeth etc'...
But if you really feel like, you MUST have Ice Cream in your diet. Count it first, the macros, calories etc. And then build the rest of the meal plan around it.

Ice cream sounds ****ty.
Its what my mom eats and shes fat.
I guess it's ok if you take plain.
But it still sounds ****ty.
Why not eat frozen yogurt or cold as **** cottage cheese instead ?So you're on the internet for good advice, here's some good advice: have a good laugh once in a while. And never tear your bicep!
