    Whats my BF%...PLEASE HELP!!!

    Hey guys, im 18yrs old, about 64kilos. This is all unwanted fat. Im pretty sure it isnt gyno cos its more 'under my arm, going onto my chest' than 'on my chest'.

    Whats my BF%?

    Im doing 45mins cardio 3 times a week.

    If you haven't already, do some reading of the "stickied" threads (e.g. the one in my signature). Get some basics down about both diet and training.

    iv noticed some fatloss in the past month after my 45min cardio sessions. But i cant tell if thats just in my head or if i actually have lost the fat.

    Regular pictures are the best way to judge fat loss.

    are you lifting? If you aren't I think you better, as it will help you greatly not only in promoting fat loss (and not muscle loss), but also in preserving and possibly building muscle mass.
