Need Advice...
Ok people...This is what's going on, this week i've had a really bad case of the flu or a cold or something. I've been taking my multi-vitamin and vitamin C 500mg's. I also take ginseng, fish oil capsules with flax and borage. I'm still trying to eat right, though at this point the mere thought of food turns my stomach. i haven't been able to work out any this week cause i've just been totally drained. Feeling a little guilty about it too. Does anyone have any suggestions of maybe some light cardio i can do till i get to feeling a bit better and can continue my more strenuous workout?

Any kind of cardio is probably going to make you feel even worse. Just take it easy and wait for it to go away.

What you need is lemon + hot water +100mgs of vitamin C
Drink up 3 times a day and chill out untill its gone
Starve the fever FEED the flu
Need to eat, otherwise your body just cant fight whatever it is.
Wish you a speedy recovery !

Agree, REST! Rest is the quickest way to recovery.
Think about it....
1-2 days off because of this or weeks, even months off because you injury yourself because you can't focus?
