Great read and I completely agree with the winner. When I was a trainer I had a girl who tried so hard to put on weight and she could never accomplish it. She was 5'9 and weighed just 95 pounds. I put her on a meal plan and she actually gained 10 pounds. She was so happy and her favorite part was the shake I recommended her making.

2 scoops vanilla whey (50g)
2 table spoons Peanut butter (natural)
1/4 cup oatmeal
1 whole banana
Mixed with organic whole milk
