How Should I Workout To Loose Fat? What Should I Do! Please I Will Rep!
I'm not a big guy, 6', 178... but I'm 18.9 basically 19% BF. I can't afford to bulk now I just can't put more fat on because this is ridiculous. I want cut down my fat and lose like a good 18 lbs of fat even if that means turning out looking like David Beckham.
So THE QUESTION IS HOW SHOULD I WORKOUT WHILE DIETING? HOW DO YOU WORKOUT TO LOSE FAT? Does anyone have a good fat loss workout if such a workout exists. I would also like to do cardio, I think its kind of fun and it makes me feel good. Unless you feel cardio is a really bad idea than let it be known.
Please I need your help, I'm too small to be big but too fat to be cut, I just want to be something, please help me be cut!!

Should I follow one of the transformation workouts or is there another place where they are? I went to the workout section but all I could find were size gaining workouts, was I just not looking hard enough?
