    Soreness

    My rear shoulders are sore from yesterdays workout, and today is chest and shoulder day. Do I need to take a day off? Or just work through the soreness? Thanks

    What was yesterday if today is shoulder day?

    If your shoulders are sore from being worked out then I would not work shoulders one day later.

    Yesterdays workout was Back and Bi's. I think the cable rows are what made my shoulders sore. So I should never workout a muscle group again when its sore?

    Work each boypart once a week , organise you split so that you dont work the same muscle on succsecive days. Besides cable rows shouldnt make your shoulders sore, your probably using bad form.
