Titan Power Cage?
Anyone used this or something similiar, im thinking about getting this cage for proper squats & bench work over a leverage squat machine... just want to see if anyone has experience with it before i make my final run.

any good bench suggestions to go with it?

Are you buying this cage because of height restrictions?

Yeah not bad...on the site there is also a sumo rack..if height is an issue the sumo rack would also be a great choice..
As for benches well there are many, depends what you want:
Compact benches:
-Ironmaster Super Bench
-Powerblock Pro Adjustable bench
-Bodycraft F320
-Powertec Utility Bench
Bigger benches:
-Body Solid FID71
-Body Solid FID31
-Lamar LS 513 (lamar has closed their doors though, might find one used)
-Bodycraft F602
These benches are some of my favorites...IMO they are all good benches and would be perfect...
Good luck, JM

after looking at this cage, is it just me or would i need a high bench for bench press? wonder if the ironmaster would be suitable.

This rack looks verry solid, build better than the sumo rack at first sight. Its what I would've bought if I lived in the US. NYB seems to have nice benches too. Why btw do you think you need a high bench?
Something like this looks great to go with that rack i think http://www.newyorkbarbells.com/59502.html
I have the bodysolid FID71, wich looks quite similar. Also a great bench, build like a tank.

it just seems the hooks can't go down as far as im thinking, but maybe it's not like that in person... wish it came with two parirs of hooks so ya don't have to move em to switch from bench to squats, etc

Not liking that bench (the NYBB one)...the FID71 is a very nice bench but way too big for me...so I decided to go with IM
BTW, RHB, you DO NOT WANT a high bench...lol...high benches kind of suck, especially if your not the tallest guy around..

I'm sure there won't be a problem with the hooks not going low enough, even with a low bench. I just checked their website and you can buy some extra hooks if you want too.
Something like this looks good to have. I think it will fit on that titan rack but I'm not sure about that. http://www.newyorkbarbells.com/1030.html

they should work, i mean it's the right size and all.. but id ask before just to double check. that could be an option.

got the power cage this week, already set it up, etc.. it looks nice but im a bit confused about bench press... got the safety bars on the lowest holes and got the multi hooks above that but the C59502-FID bench doesn't go all the way back because of the middle beam that connects the two sides together is stopping it from going back enough.. also, the safety bar is too high even on the lowest holes so the bar can't touch my chest.. it's like 3 or 4 inches away. which doesn't seem like im getting the full workout of bench press. from the looks of it i can't even use the safety bars and that means i would need a spotter, etc
