D-doms?
Just wondering when everyone's DOMS set in, and if anyone has Delayed-DOMS? I usually feel sore about 48 hours after I train hard, not the next day. I used to get them within a day or so, but over the last 4-5 months it takes longer for it to set in. Any thoughts on why that is, or can I just attribute it to the good ol' "everyone is different" explanation?
