So excluding changes due to childbirth, someone with a small mouth

But that is only depth, not width. So it wouldn't be a good bet unless you have a short one. The only difference would be that you can't get all your dick in before hitting the cervix, causing her pain and preventing you from getting in deep. That just sucks for everyone.
