i have come to absolutely love back squats (normal squats) but also like front squats especially on smith machine and hack squats...
oh yeah...

hack squats. i just started them and the burn they gave my legs were unbelievable

Gotta go with squat. I love the Hack squat too. I used to hate it, damn it was heavy even without the weight. Now I load it up and goto town!
