I'm in love with alternating lunges. Or course squats are awesome, but that's a given.
SL Deads are another awesome exercise.

    I love my tri-set.

Leg curls, reverse leg curls, leg press.

I do that 1 week and squat the next. Awesome stuff.

leg extension is when you extend your leg out hitting the quads, leg curls is similar but you bring your legs in towards the body, which hit the hams.

Squats and front squats, alternating each as my main lift from workout to workout. Then I always finish up with hack squats for high reps.

Gotta go with squat. I love the Hack squat too. I used to hate it, damn it was heavy even without the weight. Now I load it up and goto town!

The widowmaker on the hack is a killer too

"and you ask if you need to step up the intensity, a true DC trainee wouldn't need to ask himself that question, he would already be training with full intensity, this isn't a program for "a pretty high intensity", it's for a kick in the balls intensity where you always try to get that extra rep" - Equill
