Did it work?
It has been out now for some time and its hard to tell something from the logs.
What did it do and was it worth the money?

I like **** products a lot, and they have ALL worked well for me, but I just didn't notice anything from Pro-A. That's just me though, I just didn't respond well to it. But let me clarify also:
I took the whole **** stack without pro-a, then I took it again WITH pro-a, and didn't notice a significant difference... So I can't comment on it as a standalone.
But thanks for the sarcastic remark about being a "fanboy". Really contributing to the OP question. Guess I'm not supposed to state my opinions on supplements on a supplement forum.

Thanks for all the answers so far!
Keep on topic please.
I am most convinced that ecdy is useless and was very interesting in this methyl version,i like **** products but i think this is crap due to the content.
You that liked PA,what did it do to you and couldnt it just be placebo?Last edited by Dr Nick; 09-27-2007 at 07:57 AM.

I used it for the last four weeks of a contest diet; it worked well. I would use it again

Caring about how much fat is burned during cardio makes as much sense as caring about how much muscle is built during weight training.

I was looking for something OTC that would help me hold on to some muscle while dieting extremely hard 4 weeks out from competition. I heard good things so...plus, I happen to be on Kathy's good side
It definitely helped me to hold on to muscle, I don't think I gained any as I was on an a calorie deficient diet and doing at least an hour of cardio everyday in addition to weight training. I definitely maintained strength, and my muscle bellies seemed to appear fuller the longer I was on a minimal carb diet.

not so good; I was smooth. Don't know what happened that morning, but something went wrong between me eating breakfast and stepping on stage It's ok, it is all a learning experience and I am still really young for a competitor
Edit: plus, I looked the best I have ever looked, so that was still an accomplishmentmod@http://prrsguru.proboards66.com/index.cgi
