Workout change

Right now I am doing a 4 on / 2 off split, doing 30 minutes of medium intensity interval cardio on all training days.

I am thinking about changing to something like this:

Day 1 - Weights workout #1
Day 2 - Weights workout #2
Day 3 - Cardio
Day 4 - Weights workout #3
Day 5 - Weights workout #4
Day 6 - Cardio

Do you guys think this would be enough cardio?

If you keep your diet in check you can lose weight with no cardio so yes it can work with two cardio sessions

Yeah, with my current program I am in the gym about 2 hours per workout. I like to lift heavy and take a fairly long break between sets.

That's one reason I want to move the cardio to another day.
