Well I didn't remember to log this supplements when I had it, but this is my results...
I chose to try ZMA again because the last time I took it was in high school (I am now 22) and it brought me up to a 295 bench, which isn't bad for a beginning lifter at 150-155 lbs, so I tried to use it again, although I was stuck at the 285 mark for a while, after a month supply off of the bodybuilding website, I went from 285, to a 315 Bench...I don't think it's directly from the ZMA, but I know it helped...I train Chest in powerlifting style, 1 Speed day, 1 Heavy day, and Lats Twice a week...Any more questions please respond or email me at bookofrhymes21@comcast.net...Thank you
