2 days ago i had bike accident after some time i wasnt able to lift my left shoulder.
i had extreme pain in back side of my left shoulder & now its fine.
but now i got cracking(popping) in my uper left shoulder joint.
i hear the cracking(popping) sound. before i had no cracking(popping) sound in my shoulder I dont even crack(pop) my fingers becoz I HATE CRACKING(popping) FINGERS but now My OWN SHOULDER IS CRACKING(popping) IT SELF TOO MUCH .i cant stand any Kind of Cracking(popping) Even if some other person is doing it!!!
i do get very little pain in my shoulder when i move it.
when ever i move it i get a Cracking(popping).
So wat should i do? stop moving it totally or should do some movement in my left shoulder?
When ever i apply some pressure on left shoulder with right hand by pull it inside(from left to right) i feel relaxed & cracking(popping) doesnt happens.
any good advice here? i mean after how many days or week should i resume excercising?
can u tell wat other body part excercises i can do which dont apply pressure on my left shoulder?
