    my left shoulder joint cracking(popping) too much!!

    2 days ago i had bike accident after some time i wasnt able to lift my left shoulder.
    i had extreme pain in back side of my left shoulder & now its fine.

    but now i got cracking(popping) in my uper left shoulder joint.

    i hear the cracking(popping) sound. before i had no cracking(popping) sound in my shoulder I dont even crack(pop) my fingers becoz I HATE CRACKING(popping) FINGERS but now My OWN SHOULDER IS CRACKING(popping) IT SELF TOO MUCH .i cant stand any Kind of Cracking(popping) Even if some other person is doing it!!!

    i do get very little pain in my shoulder when i move it.
    when ever i move it i get a Cracking(popping).

    So wat should i do? stop moving it totally or should do some movement in my left shoulder?

    When ever i apply some pressure on left shoulder with right hand by pull it inside(from left to right) i feel relaxed & cracking(popping) doesnt happens.

    any good advice here? i mean after how many days or week should i resume excercising?

    can u tell wat other body part excercises i can do which dont apply pressure on my left shoulder?

    You may have a rotator cuff injury.
    Could be muscles, could be worse.
    Let it rest for a week, try not to do anything strenuous on it. If it gets worse see a Dr.

    when ever my shoulder cracks(pops) i left arm & left trap becomes weak.but when i apply presure by standing beside the wall on my left shoulder.my left arm starts gaining strength again.

    so do i need to get it plastered by a phycisian?

    can u give links for rotator cuff recovery excercises or ways of recovering.

    does Glutumile helps in repairing joints?

    You could have an AC Joint separation. For your case, you joint may have been strained and may have swollen up (as did mine). Give it a few weeks and possibly take some anti-inflammatory medication. You should talk to a professional too!

    one more thing when ever i raise my left shoulder i get mild pain in my should.but when i apply presure on my left shoulder with right hand i can raise it without any pain & without any poping.

    my left arm grip becomes weak when my left arm left alone.but when i apply presure with my right hand on my soulder my left arm again becomes stronger like before.
