I believe I eat only about 150g while my weight is 183lbs.. There is sometimes, I could eat around200 above but usually I can't. I just can't eat the same everyday.
If you can, please tell me what you eat to get enough protein
I have this problem alot too but its mostly because I'm too busy to eat throughout the day. You could always try to supplement whey into a few more of your whole meals such as
breakfast- oatmeal + whey mixed,
or
lunch- chicken breast, mixed veggies + can of tuna
stuff like that... also try drinking fat free milk through the day, good for the vitamens in it keeps you full, not too bad on calories and its got a decent amount of protein.
Fat free yougerts with peices of fruit on the side are also favorites of mine.
