Plz,need Help Putting Together 1st Cycle/alternative Test Supp Logs Pics Will Bposted
Help aspiring bodybuilder put together 1st cycle. Am I ready?? 22 5'7" 185lbs 12% bf

Whats up fellow brothers of bb.com. I hope all of you are well and are seeing consistant gains and progress in your battles against the iron.
My name is Ahmed Alomari i am 22years old i have been training on and off for 3 years. I have a fast metabolism, good genetics with pretty good insertions. Have been lifting seriously for 2. In that time frame i have gained nearly 50 lbs of muscle and am at a mild standstill. I am currently debating on after trying to squeeze out 10 more solid pounds to start my first cycle. I will not do so until i have reached my peak. I am not desperate to get big i have been working hard giving it my absolute all the past 3 years. What is your take on my situation? These are my past and current stats.
Pictures will be up soon before in the middle and current.
I would also like to put up a log if you all deem a cycle is fit.
Im 22 yrs old
5' 7"
185lbs from 140 when i started
about 12% body fat
past personal records
Bench: 1 rep 120
Deadlift: 1 rep 135
Squat: 1 rep 175
current personal records
Bench: 1 rep 350 lbs
Deadlift: 1 rep 405 lbs
Squat: 1 rep 455 lbs

I have a SUPER SUPER fast metabolism and i consume roughly 350 grams of protein per day, high mixed carbs 250-450 low fat 100 grams roughly 3500-4000 calories per day. my diet is in check. once again im not desperate for mass i know it is a gradual thing that takes time. i was going to actually start steroids in 2004 as an uneducated eager beginner. I have had one hell of a battle to get where im at and im not ever looking back.
Current supplements are: gaspari superpump 250 (arginine mix), gaspari size on (creatine), Pro Complex weight gainer 600 calories 60g protein 85 slow digesting carbs 0 sugar, glutamine, mv
I have used novedex by gaspari before, methyl 1d, and didnt really see much of anything except a little better recovery. I train BALLS TO THE WALL INTENSE and i still expect to see if i can somehow squeeze out 10 pounds more of solid muscle before i move on to the next step.
THATS where you all come in (if you would b so kind) and possibly give me ideas on either 1) a new test enhancing supplement (oral) which is a knotch below steroids that is effective that i can use until im ready or 2) help me put together my first cycle.
By the way some ******* at a nutrisport shop in New York sold me some omnEVOL and arimEVOL which is a combination of 3 methyalted steroids superdrol pheraplex and halodrol-50 but i like my liver and i like living so F**K that and him im takin it back tommorow.
I have researched to topic of steroids before on many occasions but i would like to utilize the expert advice from my brothers at bb.com so ne suggestions fellas??? What is the next step. upon the next 10 solid lbs I feel i am ready.

So your first cycle should be something like this
250-500mg of test a week for 8 to 12 weeks
25-50mg of dbol a week for first 4 to 6 weeks
run adex while running this
run nolva after your done with your cycle
thats a good first cycle

Hey, i was thinking of doing something like this too, i was just wondering if you could possibly explain it a tiny bit better if thats possible. if i would do 250-500mg test per week, which test do u think it should be done with? And how much dbol per day do you think? dbol is tabs and test is amps usually right? also, is adex tabs? and how much of adex and nolva would you take per day? adex is amiridex by the way right?

I am about in the same position as you, I want to add some mass but don't want all the bs that goes along with roids. I'm sure you could build 10lbs with a legal stack rather than going the steroids way.
Why don't you try activate xtreme or hyperdrol x2 first? see if you get any results.
Myself I am thinking about taking Bold and Testabolan in a stack, should give me some gains and not nearly as bad for the body as AAS.
Food for thought.

You and I are in basically the same situation, so I thought Id throw out my 2cents. First of all you are looking real big(no homo), you have great genetics. It seems you have your diet and training down perfect. You seem very motivated, and are focused on your goals. Because of all this, I would say yes you are definantly ready to use AAS. You might possibly be alble to make more gains if you waited a little while, but I think most of the vets on this forum would say yes, ur ready. actually 185lbs is my goal weight before I start using so ill give you props for being there already.

try somethign along the lines of epistane for your first cycle. If you want to go the injectable route.. test. Test Test Test.. great gains few sides.

I wanna thank you all (reps to all) for your advice. I am still not sure whether i should go the designer "legal" steriod route for a couple months and try to get up to 195-200 like that or should i take last bb's advice?:

for the test i would run Test E..... I loved it my first cycle and it only requires 1 injection a week..... or you can split it into two

yea ur prob right bro alot of that "legal" **** is just that "legal ****." im gonna work out harder than ever and eat like crazy over the next few weeks then i think im going to start... Injection sites? how much dianobol per day? novladex by gaspari or is there another type for pct? and adex is for estrogen during your cycle correct? i appreciate all advice. Do u have ne before and after pics?

dude just get some gear, superdrol is far more dangerous. Start reading up and you should know everything about it within 2-3mo. The only danger of shooting gear is an infection (avoidable by being steril) and injecting into a vein (avoidable by aspirating).

you know, maybe i'm being paranoid but i'd really take your name down if I was you. realize what we do is illegal, as sad as that is. you also don't want possible future employers, GF's, etc googling you and finding conversations about steroids.

no, no dbol first cycle. that ain't new baby!!! no need for adex unless bloat becomes a serious problem but it probably won't. wouldn't hurt to have it onhand. first cycle = simple test cycle 400-500mg enanthate/cypionate in 2 biweekly injections, nolva onhand, nolva pct 40/40/20/20.
test e or c 1-8 or 10 weeks, 400-500mgs
nolvadex onhand, pct
that's a good first cycle.
and bro, you've def got the right idea in terms of maximizing your natural gains before you touch the gear...it's no rush. and good call on avoiding the 'designer pro-steroids', i'm pretty leery of **** like that. it's totally unproven/untested when compared to the real ****.

Yea everyone thanks again for advice tommorow or the next day im going to post past and present pictures and begin a log of my results over the next 5-6 weeks on my mission to get to 200 lbs naturally then im going to begin. Wish me luck and good luck to you all for achieving your goals.... Lets get it!!!
By the way i have decided to use est's pheraplex clone because its milder than most just to give me a boost in about two weeks... take a mild pct and then get really started.... will post pics in two days...
