Hey guys,
I've heard that keeping exercises simple for gaining weight it best. Especially if, like me, you find it really difficult to put on weight.
I keep hearing that the basic 7 moves are best to do;
-Bench Press
-Squats
-Deadlifts
-Dips
-Rows
-Shoulder Presses
-Pull Ups
My question is, what is the best program to use to incorporate all these workouts? By doing 3 a day? How many sets/reps?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
