    3 cone drill

    I ran a 3 cone time a few days ago and noticed my time was really bad (only 7.4 and I ran around a 7 flat in February). But I also have knee pain and an MRI revealed some fluid build up in my knee. My question is even if I didn't feel the pain could this injury impact my time? I was also doing it on grass that was coming loose somewhat as I was cutting

    yeah it could impact you, more likely though is your form sucks; too much bending at the waist, not enough bending at the knees, and you don't know how to decelerate quickly (this is a skill you can actually work on). Get a video and compare your form with those that know what they're doing.
