I ran a 3 cone time a few days ago and noticed my time was really bad (only 7.4 and I ran around a 7 flat in February). But I also have knee pain and an MRI revealed some fluid build up in my knee. My question is even if I didn't feel the pain could this injury impact my time? I was also doing it on grass that was coming loose somewhat as I was cutting
