    20 yard shuttle time

Is 4.86 any good? How about time in 10 yard dash. 1.95 good?

not really, i average in the 3.9's. in 10 yard dash i have 4.45. but i train with alot of acceleration exercises so me times or at the elite level. ofcorase i neeed it when playing football. if you can get it into the 4.5's or lower then you are at midrange i guess. ofcoarse i dont know your weight class either. if you are pretty bog then yeah its a good time. but if not then you need some work.
Bulking to 230 to play defensive end at texas tech.

for the pro shuttle (5 one way, ten back, 5 to finish) a good time for a highschool player would be around 4.2 area. youre a little bit slow but even little things like your start, and how you touch the line can make a huge impact on your times. search around (aka use the search button) and theres more than enough threads abuot increasing speed and helping your pro shuttle times.

actually 4.5-4.8 is a good time... anything below 4.35 gets to an elite status

a lot of it depends on the person and position. at my school, both coaching an as a player, for the skill starters we were at about 4.3-4.4. if youre in the 4.5-4.6 range you definately arent doing anything too bad. 4.8 is still normal human being status, but not something i would aim for thats for sure.

It depends how you're timed and judged. If its strict form and electronic a 4.5-4.8 is pretty decent. If you're hand-timing it and not strict I'd expect athletes to get 4.1's and so on. 1.95 is pretty poor, all of our lineman 3 deep on the depth chart can reach that.

I saw on Defranco' page some Notre Dame guy does it in 4.00, and he's in a big time college, starting each week. .86 more can't be that bad.

That seems about right. I run a 10 yard dash in 6.5 seconds & my 40 yard dash is 3.2 seconds. (SARCASM INCLUDED)

The 10 yard dash could use some work...
But whether the shuttle is good or not can depend on the situation
If it's the first time you did it or are on the heavier side or young it is good
I say it's a good time if it's your first time because I got a 4.9 my first time and I dropped a couple tenth of my time by just improving my technique in a couple weeks.
