Middle back pain.. anyone else experience it too?

It is on the 'Kassatsu' area (on the right side) in the picture.

I can feel the pain when I do dips or whenever I hunch forward and move my right shoulder around to stretch that part of the back. The pain can be amplify temporarily by breathing in or out WHILE hunching (stretching).

I have no idea when it started (probably 3 weeks ago). Is it just muscle strain or is it something I need talk to a professional about?

I had THE EXACT pain for 2 months. I was worried because I thought it was a problem with the spine. I went to the orthopedist and took a spinal x-ray and the spine was fine. He told me it was muscle contraction, gave me some anti-inflammatory pills, told me to give some rest and swim.

I didn't took the pills, I didn't swim. The placebo effect alone that took place when I finally got relieved from the idea that it was a spine problem cured me.
    Keep it simple, always.

I get that all the time. Get to a chiropractor, a quick adjustment and its gone.
