I just got a job landscaping for the summer, and it is pretty hard work.
I wanted some advice on whether I should just stop lifting weights for the summer and start up when I go back to school or if there is a way I can still go to the gym without overworking myself?
It seems like I should be able to go to work and get my workout, but it doesnt seem the same. Kind of like doing 150 reps instead of 8, I dont know if it helps build muscle the same way.
