when I have my meals, what are some of the better dressings/oil/sauce for meat products. Right now I use VH orange ginger sauce on my chicken and it is great, but Im wondering if there is something better that is more condusive to cutting.

Check out any dressing/sauce made by walden farms. You could also save time and money by going natural and just using some e.v. olive oil/red wine vinegar, spicy mustard, or all-natural salsa to flavor up your meat.

Just have a light salad dressing and make sure it fits into your daily calories. I am using just commercial light ranch dressing and losing quite nicely. As long as you are in a deficit calorie wise at the end of the day you will lose weight. I think too much is put into the extra 4 grams of sugar or whatever. The only thing to really watch is total calories.

Jeez, how much sauce do you guys use?!
Anyone would think that you're going to blow up like a balloon if you eat anything other than oats or protein shakes!
In my opnion, BIGPHILL1984 is right on the money with this one. Find one you like, and as long as it's still below your daily calories/fat intake then you should be fine.
For salads, I like olive oil & balsamic vinegar. Medium chain triglycerides such as olive oil are benficial for losing weight. Try to make most of your fat intake MCT and EFA.
For chicken, nothing can beat good ol' Tabasco sauce. It's just so freakin hot that it'll liven up anything, and you don't need much of it.
