Nutrtition + training will have the biggest impact on strength. Look at a 5x5 program, and allow longer rests btwn sets if you are going for strength. Incorporate deadlifts, Squats, Cleans (power lifts) for mass/strenght gains.

To answer the question though: Creatine however I only attest 5% of my gains max to it again the 95% is from nutrition/training which is why I took the time to explain it.
