more strength but no gains???
so far ive been working out for about 2 months and my biceps don't seem like they are getting bigger. I know i got more strength becuz my lifts increased by about 25% but i dont see anymore mass. could this be genetical or do biceps grow at slow rates?

work your triceps then your arms will be bigger.
on a side note i saw two kids walk into the gym yesterday and each did two sets of curls. ones advice was "don't go all the way down because thats really hard" so they did like 1/3 motion curls.
then they did abs.
yaaaay
edit: they were doing 15 reps of 45 pound barbells. but they could barely be counted as reps at all lol.
also they kept on staring at me while i was curling as well and thats the only reason i noticed :/

tri's are 2/3's of your arm, work them
keep bi's in the 6-10 rep range
proper form is good, forced reps can help as well
i heard something along the lines of it takes 10 lbs of weight gained to notice your bi's grow. now everyone is different of course ... but you gotta have your diet in check and be getting enough food to notice significant growth
lastly, give it time.

what have your reps and sets looked like?
You said your lifts have gone up, but what about your reps?

im curling about 27.5 lbs. per arm. doing 3-4 sets of 7 reps. my max is about 35 lbs. per arm. also for my other body parts. i dont see my quads growing at all. i started working them becuz i wanted to get more ups and jump higher but after about 2 months i got like 0.25 inch more vertical..........my calfs also arent growing. i do about 3 sets of 50-60 reps at 130-140 lbs for calfs. also my abs arent growing much either. i do like 100 normal ab crunches on the ground each workout. i do notice my chest growing tho. its not that much but it's noticeable.
my eating is normal too. i eat my normal diet and its hard to eat ALOT like u guys recommend becuz our school sells a bunch of greasy and fat **** that i dont eat so i get prolly 2000 calories a day???
